Salon Avenue Suite

In this project, we turned an old dry cleaner into a new concept called Salon Avenue Suites. Here the owner wanted to build a series of offices to lease out to hairdressers, nail techs, etc.

We basically had to start from scratch, cutting up the floor for all the plumbing involved with the different shampoo chairs & sinks, then we built different suites (all basically different sizes). We did all this with an amateur architect, so the blueprints were not the best. There were several discrepancies and differences but we managed to work through them all and delivered a quality build-out and a reasonable price.
