Restaurant Construction Project In Social Circle, GA

Renovated old chicken wing space into a new Mamies Kitchen Biscuits Restaurant. Phil & Tammy Howard, Owners, were a pleasure to work with during the renovations as there were many challenges to overcome during renovations. Restaurant construction project included extensive DEMO, some framing of new walls, slab & wall plumbing, extensive electrical work, all new floors, new ceilings, new cabinetry, countertops, FRP in the kitchen area, wainscoting & new paint in the customer area.

There were several challenges to overcome with the Health Dept. and we added two Rinnai water heaters to service the restaurants. An unexpected set-back included a local teen driving through the front storefront glass which also threw us for a loop as the landlord had to do that work and of course this delayed the project as well. But, we got it all done and got the doors open in an acceptable timeframe.
