Multiple (8) F45 Fitness Centers in Metro Atlanta

Team Tailor Made was contracted to build eight (8) F45 Fitness Centers in Metro Atlanta over an approximately 18 months time frame. We built three (3) in Atlanta, two (2) in Alpharetta, and others in Cumming, Johns Creek and Smyrna. Each of these were a design build in blank spaces at new commercial properties or a tenant build-out in a strip center. Each had its own challenges but our V.P of Operation (Tommy Roberson) was able to navigate these issues and complete them and get them open without fail! Some had DEMO, but all had extensive framing, sound insulation, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring & paint!
