Loganville Aaron's Rents Building Split & Renovation

Team Tailor Made was tasked with doing Design & Build project in Loganville, Georgia which entailed a complete building renovation of an old Aaron's rents (and Cricket phone store) building by Demoing it down to a shell of a building including extensive civil work on the parking lot and all new utilities, a 600 AMP electrical upgrade, a new 1500 gallon grease trap (for the incoming First Watch Restaurant) and a new roof, dumpster corral and paving the parking lot. A challenging part of the project was the new facade renovation, as drawn by the Architect, and the all new storefront glass, awnings and extensive concrete work. The left end of the building (housing the old Cricket Phone store) had to be cut out a raised 18" in order to bring the entire building up level.
