First Class BodyROK Pilates Studio Roswell, Georgia

This Design & Build project involved working with the client on designing the space with our Architect while also working within the BodyROK Corp. design parameters. We were tasked with transforming a blank open space in a commercial multi-story building, in up and coming beautiful downtown Roswell, Ga., and turning it into a awesome Pilates Studio. There were many challenges from having to pour the slab to building demising walls and working with the building landlord and co-tenants on both sides (and upstairs). But, in true Tailor Made fashion, we achieved it with minimal delays and staying on-time and on budget! The Project involved ALL NEW 400 AMP Electrical service, 9 tons of HVAC, Plumbing slab & fixtures, two Demising walls and several interior walls and specialty features such as sound walls in front of the demising walls and a sound ceiling to reduce disturbance to neighbors.
